Open **Account** and find **Change password**. 2. Enter your **Current password**. 3. Enter a **New password** with at least eight characters and repeat it in **Confirm new password**. 4. Choose **Change password**. If asked for an email verification code, enter the code sent to your inbox and submit again. 5. Sign in again with your new password after the update. If the app says your password changed but signing out failed, use **Retry signing out** and then sign in again. ## Reset a forgotten password 1. On [Sign in](https://www.aupaircal.com/login), choose **Forgot password?**. 2. Enter your account email and choose **Send reset link**. 3. Open the recovery message in that inbox. 4. Check the account shown, then choose **Continue to reset password** if prompted. 5. Enter and confirm your new password, choose **Save new password**, and sign in again. Reset your password form with email field and Send reset link button If a recovery link has expired or already been used, request a new one.
