# Subscribe in your calendar app

> Show the household schedule in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook.

1. Open **Family Dashboard** and find **Calendar Feed**.
2. If there is no link yet, choose **Generate Calendar Link**.
3. Choose **Subscribe in Calendar App**, or use **Copy Link** and add it as a subscribed calendar in your app.

## Add the copied link

* **Apple Calendar on Mac:** choose **File → New Calendar Subscription**, paste the URL, and choose **Subscribe**. [Apple’s instructions](https://support.apple.com/guide/calendar/share-calendars-icl32362/mac).
* **Google Calendar on the web:** beside **Other calendars**, choose **+ → From URL**, paste the link, and choose **Add calendar**. [Google’s instructions](https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37100).
* **Outlook on the web:** use **Add calendar → Subscribe from web**, paste the link, and choose **Import** or **Import and Save**. [Microsoft’s instructions](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/import-or-subscribe-to-a-calendar-in-outlook-com-or-outlook-on-the-web).

Menu names can differ by device and app version. Choose a subscription rather than a one-time import if you want later schedule changes to appear.

## Keep the link private

Anyone with the calendar link may be able to read the feed. Share it only with people who should see the household schedule. **Regenerate Link** invalidates the previous link; update subscriptions that use it afterward.

Updates are pulled by your calendar app, so they may appear later than changes in AuPairCal. Edit shifts in AuPairCal and use the subscribed calendar for viewing.
